Below you will find the estimated delivery time for all of our orders:
● Once an order is placed, we need 1-3 business days to process it. On weekdays, this usually takes one day, but if the order is placed on Friday evening or over the weekend, processing may take longer.
● Once processed, the order is shipped, and the average delivery time is 10–14 business days. But sometimes it can take a little longer

Placing an order
The ordering process at Daisy & Claire Cape Town is simple. Visit the product page, add the desired item to your cart by clicking the black "Add to cart" button. Make sure you have selected the correct option. If everything is correct, click "Proceed to checkout." On the "Information" page, enter your details and click "Continue to delivery." On the "Delivery" page, you can check that all the information is correct.
Please note that all our shipments are completely free of charge. Click "Proceed to payment" and select your preferred payment method. Daisy & Claire Cape Town uses SSL encryption, so payments are completely secure. You can pay by credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa), bank transfer, EPS, or direct payment. Click "Complete order" and follow the payment instructions. If you encounter any problems, you can contact us at any time.
Shipping costs
We cover the shipping costs for your order. All our products are shipped free of charge, with no minimum order amount.
Please note that some orders may be shipped directly from our international warehouse or supplier located outside South Africa. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, delivery is made under DAP/DDU terms.
This means that you, as the customer, act as the importer of the goods and are responsible for any import-related charges that may apply when the order arrives in South Africa. These charges may include import VAT, customs duties, courier clearance fees, handling fees, and any other taxes or charges imposed by South African customs authorities or the delivery courier.
These import-related charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee displayed on our website, unless explicitly stated otherwise. They may be collected by the courier before or upon delivery.
